Engage in a guided discussion to reflect on how their strengths and frustrations impact team collaboration, productivity, and fulfillment.
Examine a Team Map to visualize collective strengths and gaps, and discuss strategies for leveraging talents more effectively.
By the end of the session, participants gain actionable insights into themselves and their team, leaving equipped to improve collaboration, reduce friction, and maximize productivity.
The 4-hour session offers an extended, in-depth experience that builds on the core 2-hour facilitation with added opportunities for application and team strategy. In addition to the elements covered in the 2-hour session, participants will:
Dive deeper into the Three Stages of Work—Ideation, Activation, and Implementation—to see how Geniuses interact at each stage.
Participate in extended group exercises and discussions, including detailed exploration of individual and team Frustrations to uncover hidden barriers and opportunities.
Conduct a comprehensive Team Map analysis, identifying underrepresented Geniuses, optimizing team roles, and designing actionable strategies to balance workload and improve team effectiveness.
Collaboratively develop team commitments to ensure insights are applied immediately to real-world projects.
This longer session provides leaders and teams with a richer understanding of how to harness individual strengths, align roles with natural talents, and drive sustained engagement and productivity across the organization.
